Venting and windows
A single exhaust hose pushes hot air out through the window, which pulls a slight vacuum in the room; warm air leaks back in through every gap. The window seal decides whether you keep the rated output, so budget €15 to 30 for a cloth seal kit that matches your window type.

What stands out
- A battery-capable spot cooler for a tent, van or small bedroom: 6,100 BTU with a 44 dB(A) sleep mode
- Optional 1,024 Wh add-on battery runs it for up to about 8 hours off-grid, and it heats too
- A single-hose unit built to cool a small space, not a whole living room
What the battery actually buys you
With the optional 1,024 Wh add-on battery EcoFlow quotes up to about 8 hours of cooling, depending on mode. That is a night of sleep off-grid, not a heatwave solution for a flat. As a mains-powered unit for a small bedroom it works like any compact single-hose portable, with a 44 dB(A) sleep mode that is quiet for this class.
EU lab tests do not cover it yet, so every figure on this page is a manufacturer specification.
